All three iPhone 11 models fit into the Beastgrip Pro.
The lens mount can be aligned with each of the back cameras, however, to use additional lenses or DOF MK2 adapter the main 26mm camera has to be used. Since iPhones 11 have a new square-shaped camera bump, it doesn’t fit inside of the rubber insert of the lens mount (compared to all previous iPhones), so there is a slightly larger distance between camera and lens attached to the Beastgrip Pro.

This lens works perfectly with new iPhones 11 when used with the Beastgrip Pro.
The increased distance between the lens and the iPhone 11 main 26mm camera has no significant effect on the performance!
Pro Series 3X Telephoto Lens
Pro Series – 3X Tele Conversion Lens
The increased distance between the lens and the iPhone 11 main 26mm camera gives a slight vignetting at the corners also it’s affecting the sharpness of the lens toward the edges of the frame. The vignetting can be eliminated with a slight zoom (1.2X) however there is still noticeable softness toward the edges of the frame when shooting at mid-range to infinity focus. When shooting closeups, this lens delivers great results with nice separation between object/subject in focus and background. Our upcoming lens mount upgrade for the Beastgrip Pro will ensure the optimal performance of this lens with new iPhones 11. See below for more details.

Pro Series – 1.33X Anamorphic Lens
This lens delivers great results with new iPhones 11, however, a slight zoom is needed (just under 1.2X) to eliminate visible edges of the lens from the frame.

DOF Adapter MK2

The DOF Adapter MK2 works great with new iPhones 11!
The increased distance between the DOF adapter and the iPhone 11 main camera has no significant effect on the performance. The amount of zoom needed to fill the frame and eliminate the visible edges of the focusing screen is the same as with any other iPhone.
Beastgrip Pro Lens Mount Upgrade
Our upcoming lens mount upgrade will be optimized to deliver the best possible performance of our lenses and DOF Adapter with new iPhones 11. With a modular design approach, it will be also adaptive to all previous iPhone models as well as many other smartphones on the market. It will be available as an upgrade kit to all existing Beastgrip Pro users, also it will be replacing the current lens mount as soon as it will be available.
We expect to receive preproduction samples by the end of the month, once everything is tested and the final design is confirmed we will share more details with the next update. Stay tuned.
